We follow these 3 steps in OKR projects:

Preparation

The OKR Compass is designed with the stakholders. The Project Plan is created with the project team. Change Management Strategy and Plan are formulated with the change management team. We select the OKR Platform and make it ready.

Training and Communications

A Communication Plan is executed. Diverse OKR courses are organized for employees, managers and internal OKR coaches.

OKR Cycle

A full OKR period, including OKR setting, monitoring and evaluation phases, is conducted and necessary improvements are made upon feedback received.
